Headington, Oxford

This lovely family home is situated just Oxford in a desirable location shared by many like-minded families seeking open space, parks, and excellent schools, alongside the culture and history of Oxford just a short bike ride away.  The owners have a creative eye for details and enjoy the culture that the area has to offer.  We adore the design of this kitchen and shared a like minded interest in creating a Midcentury style project with with thoughtful touches incorporated.

Part of the project involved a newly constructed rear extension, adding just enough depth and an abundance of natural light. The additional space has transformed the experience of the room, and the family are thrilled with the result.

We worked carefully alongside our interior designer to create a bespoke oak plywood kitchen with hand made handles and just the right amount of solid oak detail.  The design introduces the open shelving often associated with the Midcentury era, alongside thoughtful practical features, including a chopping board shelf and a pantry cupboard with neatly integrated spice racks.
