Napton on the Hill, Warwickshire

The Brief
Our clients for this Warwickshire bespoke kitchen project were put in touch with us through a word-of-mouth recommendation from clients in the nearby village of Eydon, and after having a good look through our website they got in touch. They had recently purchased their new home in Napton on the Hill and as part of a wider home renovation wanted a bespoke kitchen design to sit at the heart of their new home.
The brief for this project was clear, our clients wanted their new kitchen to incorporate their existing Aga and requested an island be included for seating to create a welcoming social space.
Making the most of the space in their Warwickshire home, they briefed us to create a practical and updated kitchen and pantry, with integrated larder fridge, additional single electric oven and hob for when the Aga is turned off in the summer months, and a glass display cabinet.
The Vision
Part of our design expertise comes from ensuring the kitchens we create fit seamlessly with the character of the property that houses them, and for this project it was no different. We opted for a classic shaker style kitchen, in a neutral colour pallet. Using Alderman no.60 from Mylands throughout.
The island has a handmade oak worktop finished with a stained osmo worktop oil, and the cabinetry is accessorised with burnished brass hardware.
Our clients opted for a Belfast sink in both the kitchen and the walk-in pantry, and we included bespoke veg baskets for ultimate pantry organisation.
The result is a beautiful, characterful kitchen that provides all the practicalities our clients wanted whilst offering a warm and welcoming social space for the whole family.
